Questions
-
What is your favourite animal and why
One of my favourite animals is an otter due to their curious and mischievous demeanor. Did you know that to keep them from drifting apart while they rest, they hold each other’s paws in a group called rafts.
-
Pet care tip
To prevent periodontal disease from developing, it is highly recommended to brush your pets’ teeth once a day or at least every other day using a pet formulated toothpaste. We don’t want the tartar/calculus to build up and cause periodontal disease in which extraction of those affected teeth are needed. If you have puppies/kittens, I would advise you to start now in order to desensitize them to the idea of brushing their teeth daily.
-
What is your pets name and why did you choose it
My dog’s name is Nala. She is named after a character in Lion King as it is one of my favourite childhood movies.
-
What inspired you to work in the industry
The idea of being able to investigate and treating the cause of discomfort/pain of animals especially when they can’t advocate it for themselves
